Position Details: Location: Guildford, Surrey Role: SEN Support Worker Hours: Full-time Salary: £13.80 - £15.80 per hour Contract: Long-term / Temp-to-Perm Your Role: As a SEN Support Worker, you will: Provide compassionate support to students with complex mental health needs, offering them a steady hand through challenging moments. Work alongside our supportive school community to ensure safeguarding and care remain at the forefront of everything we do. Offer emotional guidance and encouragement to help young people navigate their unique educational and personal journeys. Assist students across various educational levels, celebrating their achievements and helping them reach their highest potential. Someone who can work full-time, ensuring the consistency and stability that the young people in our care need. While previous experience with young people or adults is beneficial, your passion and dedication are the most important qualities we seek.
