Now, we're looking for a Sales & Activation Executive to help more people get their hands on the cleanest protein shakes on the planet.
The role in a nutshell
You'll be the face of GROUNDED across London - building relationships, winning new listings, and driving sell-through in key retail. One day you might be pitching a new premium retailer, the next you're running a sampling event or checking merchandising in Tesco, Waitrose or Holland & Barrett.
You'll work smart, move fast and help keep GROUNDED top of mind (and top of shelf).
What you'll do
* Prospect & pitch:
Spot opportunities, set meetings, and deliver punchy pitches that land new business.
* Close & onboard:
Support with fair negotiations and commercial terms - and ensure new accounts are set up to win.
* Grow accounts:
Build strong relationships and smart activation plans that drive rate of sale and repeat orders.
* Be our in-store champion:
Keep GROUNDED stocked, shoppable and looking sharp across key retailers.
* Sample like a pro:
Plan and run samplings - in-store, at events, trade shows or head office tastings.
* Lead with data:
Turn store visits and EPOS reports into simple actions that drive results.
* Own your time:
Plan your week for impact - manage your route, admin and follow-ups like a pro.
* Support field ops:
Help recruit, train and support our field team as needed.
* Deliver initiatives:
Execute key plays to drive orders and smash sales targets.
What you'll bring

Proven track record of hitting targets (sales, ROS, distribution or similar).
* Attention to detail:
You're comfortable with data, and can turn it into clear actions.
* Early-career friendly:
Ideal for post-grads with sales or customer-facing experience.
* Bias to learn & do:
You're proactive, organised and not afraid to get stuck in.
Bonus points for:
* Field sales or brand activation experience in FMCG or retail.
* Knowledge of London retail - especially buyers or store manager networks.
* Experience running samplings or training brand ambassadors.
