A scaling health and beauty business, which is already recognised as number 1 in their category in the UK, is looking to expand their D2C presence. A Head of Digital is required to take ownership of the brand digital ecosystem and will drive performance, growth, and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and deliver the digital growth strategy.
* Champion CRO and customer journey optimisation across all digital touchpoints.
* Manage digital budgets with clear focus on ROAS, CPA, conversion rate & revenue.
* Act as the brand guardian across all digital platforms.
* Guide and implement strategic initiatives across social, CRM, and content to reflect brand values while driving engagement and brand visibility.
About You:
* 8+ years' experience in digital marketing or ecommerce, ideally within consumer brands.
* Proven track record of delivering performance through paid media, CRO, and DTC.
* Experience managing digital marketing budgets and delivering strong ROI.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute and optimise.
* Strong commercial awareness and data fluency.
