Marketing Data & Business Performance Consultant - Temporary Contract

Overview:
An exciting opportunity to support the development of a global marketing data strategy for a Consumer brand. In this contract role, you'll collaborate with global teams, agency partners, and business stakeholders to enhance the organisation's performance data. This is a chance to work on high-impact projects and to influence the evolution of marketing measurement and insight frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate data quality, manage supplier performance, and support strategic decision-making for ongoing and future initiatives.
* Align regional and global teams on shared data objectives, product enhancements, and roadmap integration.
* Pilot new methodologies and technologies in performance data, helping reshape how data is collected, interpreted, and activated.
* Drive awareness and user adoption of updated data products across regional business units and commercial stakeholders.
* Assist with business planning, including budgeting, subscriptions, and purchase orders
Preferred Experience & Skills:
* Strong leadership and project ownership.
* Understanding of syndicated data sources such as retail measurement and consumer panel
* Comfortable working in agile environments, managing shifting priorities and evolving project requirements.
* Skilled in data storytelling, stakeholder communication, and change management across all seniority levels.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
* Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
Desirable Background:
* Experience working with CPG brands, retailers, or data vendors.
* Familiarity with data-as-a-service (DaaS) platforms or performance marketing analytics.
