We are looking for a strategic "New Logo" Hunter to bridge the gap between fragmented legacy operations and the future of "Office-to-Site" digital workflows. If you have the gravitas to navigate the C-Suite of Tier 1 Main Contractors and the technical fluency to talk BIM and CDE, this is your next career-defining move.
The Role: Strategic Expansion
As the BDM for the UK & Ireland, you won't just be selling licenses—you’ll be architecting digital transformations for the region's largest construction firms.
* Target: Exclusively focused on high-value, New Logo acquisition within the Tier 1 and large Tier 2 Main Contractor space.
* The Portfolio: Represent a "Top-Right" Gartner Magic Quadrant suite covering Common Data Environments (CDE), Project Management, and Field Productivity tools.
* Methodology: Utilize value-based selling (e.g., MEDDICC) to dismantle procurement hurdles and build consensus across IT, Project, and Executive personas.
The Profile: The Constrution Tech Veteran (ConTech)
This isn't a role for a generalist. We need someone who speaks the language of the site and the boardroom.
* The Track Record: 5+ years of closing experience specifically within ConTech or AEC software (SaaS).
* Technical IQ: You have a deep-rooted understanding of BIM frameworks and can translate technical workflows into high-level ROI for non-technical executives.
* The Hunter Mindset: You are a self-starter who enjoys the challenge of unseating incumbents and challenging the status quo.
