Are you ready to take the lead in shaping high-quality civil and structural designs? At BakerHicks, we’re looking for a Senior Technician who thrives on precision, collaboration, and innovation.
What you’ll do:
1. Own the quality and completeness of all drawn information for your projects.
2. Lead and mentor a team of CAD technicians and apprentices.
3. Drive BIM adoption and CAD process improvements.
4. Deliver accurate, detailed drawings and ensure compliance with UK standards.
What we’re looking for:
5. HNC/HND in Civil Engineering (ICE accredited).
6. EngTech MICE / TIStructE or working towards it.
7. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD (Microstation and CADS RC a bonus).
8. Strong knowledge of UK technical standards, CDM regulations, and BIM.
9. Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
