The role
The Technical Integration Analyst will collaborate with the Snaplogic Product Owner and Tech Dev Lead to design, build, and test integrations on the Group Technology platforms (Snaplogic & Oracle PaaS). Responsibilities include:
* Liaising with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements.
* Translating requirements into technical designs.
* Developing and updating integrations.
* Performing unit testing for business testing phases.
* Conducting iterative testing and performance tuning.
* Adhering to best practices and liaising with the ITV Technical Design Authority.
* Supporting wider projects and BAU management of the Snaplogic platform.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
* Understanding of financial and HR data flows, with experience in Finance and HR integrations.
* Experience with iPaaS platforms like Snaplogic, Dell Boomi, Workato, or Informatica.
* Knowledge of integration standards and transports such as SFTP, SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and JSON.
* SQL proficiency and database concepts understanding.
* Experience supporting and troubleshooting integrations across various data sources.
* Experience working with third-party and offshore technical teams.
* Understanding of error handling and failure management.
Qualifications (Desirable)
* ITIL certification.
Other key qualities
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
* Proactive in challenging and improving requirements.
