About the Role
We are looking for a Curriculum Manager to lead the development and delivery of outstanding, industry-relevant programmes for A level Science at Capital City College (CCC), London. The role is full‑time, permanent and based at our London campus.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of high‑quality curriculum and educational provision for A level Science.
* Collaborate with staff across departments to implement innovative, inclusive practices that support learners and colleagues.
* Line‑manage teaching and support staff, driving performance and accountability.
* Design, plan and deliver learner‑focused curriculum programmes aligned with AQA and OCR requirements.
* Ensure compliance with funding regulations, quality assurance processes and Ofsted inspection standards.
* Use data to improve learner attendance, retention and progression.
* Manage budgets and resources to deliver cost‑effective, high‑impact programmes.
* Prepare for and contribute to internal and external audits, inspections and quality reviews.

* Proven success in leading teams or departments within an educational setting.
* Deep understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance, and student achievement.
* Strong strategic thinking, communication, and people management skills.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally.
* Commitment to creating inclusive and empowering learning environments.
* Proactive, strategic mindset with commitment to continuous improvement and learner success.
* Relevant teaching qualification and leadership training (or willingness to obtain these) with experience in Science.
* Passionate about shaping education that changes lives and eager to contribute to the long‑term vision of the organisation.
About The Team
You will join a high‑performing, forward‑thinking leadership team, working closely with colleagues across CCC to deliver on shared goals. The role involves line management of six staff, supporting their development and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
