Main Responsibilities
Provide ongoing guidance and training to help members maximise value from our products.
* Regularly review and update member profiles and documentation.
* Monitor and resolve daily member-to-member complaints, building trust and confidence.
Requirements
We're looking for a dedicated individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Graduate or Post Graduate Degree required.
* Experience in a customer service or support role is essential.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
* Ability to work towards KPIs and service targets is crucial.
