Job Description
As our new Graduate Arboricultural Consultant, you will be joining a market-leading, innovative team (working across our Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, and London offices) that undertakes projects across a wide range of sectors, including buildings, energy and transport, in the UK and internationally. We provide a positive and supportive learning environment, including mentorship and a pathway to Chartership.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
1. Undertaking arboricultural surveys on projects
2. Preparation of drawings and reports using a range of software
3. Tree risk assessments
4. Attending project meetings and coordinating with other specialist disciplines
This role is available in the following locations:
Edinburgh & Newcastle.
Qualifications
For this role, we believe your starting point is:
5. A degree in arboriculture
6. Experience with a range of IT packages, including Keytree, OTISS, AutoCAD and GIS based platforms
7. Be numerically competent
8. Possess excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
9. A collaborative attitude to working
10. Confident in developing your own networks
