Were working with a Christian Charity who are looking to appoint a Property Maintenance Administrator as follows:
Fully home based, but overseeing (and occasionally visiting) Properties across the Northwest of England (Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, and parts of Cheshire and Derbyshire)
Working Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (with an hour for lunch)
Acting as the go-to within the organisation for all matters relating to their properties from repairs and maintenance to inspections, arranging for specialist contractors to attend and liaising with property agents where properties are purchased or sold
In addition to ensuring the upkeep of properties, you will also seek out opportunities to maximise revenue through letting, refurbishing, or exploring alternative uses for empty buildings.
You will work in accordance with the Charitys guidelines, H&S and Property Legislation, ensuring all relevant paperwork is filed, recorded and acted upon in a timely fashion.
This role would suit an experienced Property Administrator, Property Manager (looking to work client side in the charity sector) or Maintenance Surveyor, as well as Property Secretaires or Surveying Graduates.

Salary for the successful Property Maintenance Administrator will start at up to £42k alongside full home working, 25 days holiday (plus public), opportunities for study/professional qualifications and generous pension.
