We currentlyhave an opportunity for a SiteSupervisor to join our Arb Rail division within theSouth West and Thames Valley region. You will oversee both GroundControl employees and field teams as they complete Arboricultureand Vegetation works alongside tracks and rail sites. You willensure work is completed safely on time and tostandard.
Although work is organised tosuit your location as much as possible there will be travel tosites up to a 90 minute commute with occasional trips outside ofthis radius to cover the full region ifneeded.
Who were lookingfor:
Ideally you will have SiteSupervisor experience in a Rail environment however training willbe given for the right person so this could be an opportunity tomake the next step up in your career. This is a regional role so itwould suit candidates based in the following locations; ReadingOxford Basingstoke Swindon Bath and Bristol.
Youwill need to be a natural leader able to build rapport with yourteam while ensuring they are following safety procedures andplanned works correctly at all times.
It isessential you have:
* COSS experienceand qualification
* Full current drivinglicence
* Excellent customer and client serviceskills
* Drive to achieve the bestresults at all times
* Excellent organisationalcommunication and planning skills
* Competent ITskills and ability to manage your ownadmin.
