Your Role: Lead and manage the school’s SEN provision, ensuring high-quality support for students with diverse needs. Oversee the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCPs. Support and advise teachers on best SEN practices and differentiation strategies. Liaise with parents, external agencies, and local authorities to ensure holistic student support. Monitor student progress, ensuring interventions are effective and impactful. Ensure compliance with SEN policies and contribute to whole-school inclusion initiatives. Who We’re Looking For: ✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to obtain it). ✅ Experience in leading SEN provision in a school setting. ✅ Strong understanding of SEND legislation and best practices. ✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills. ✅ A proactive and solution-focused approach to supporting students and staff. ✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
