Kier Transportation are working in partnership with National Highways to deliver significant schemes across the Northwest. We're looking for a Major Projects Quality and Performance Manager to join our M6 Lune Gorge team within RDP North. This role offers the chance to shape quality, drive performance and make a real impact on a flagship project.Location: M6 Lune Gorge (RDP North) site-based with some remote workingHours: 45 hours per weekSalary: £50,000 £60,000 per year + private healthcare + £6,700 annual car allowance + excellent benefitsWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this roleWhat will you be responsible for?As a Major Projects Quality and Performance Manager, you'll play a key role in driving quality excellence across the M6 Lune Gorge scheme, working closely with project teams to embed best practice and continuous improvement.Day to day, you will:Maintain and develop the business assurance system, keeping it accurate and effectiveLead internal audits and support external assurance reviewsBuild strong relationships with teams, suppliers and clients to promote a positive quality cultureReport on quality and performance metrics to both Kier and National HighwaysLead process reviews and share best practice across the projectWhat are we looking for?This Quality and Performance Manager role could be a great fit if you bring:Experience working with ISO standards as a Lead Auditor, driving continuous improvementStrong quality assurance knowledge, with the ability to manage non-conformances and share lessons learnedA solid understanding of integrated management systems and process improvementConfidence engaging with clients and building collaborative stakeholder relationshipsA genuine passion for wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and creating a positive team environmentIf you're looking to take ownership in a high-impact role and be part of a major infrastructure project, this is a great opportunity to make your mark.Rewards and benefitsWe're proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
