You will support the Asset and Lifecycle Manager in delivering a robust and compliant management framework across the organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of asset data and technical documentation. The Associate will work closely with operational teams, data analysts, and compliance leads to maintain high standards of data integrity and support the implementation of ISO -aligned asset management practices.
Main Duties
1. Data Integrity & Quality Assurance:
Ensure asset data is accurate, complete, and up to date across all systems. Perform regular audits and validations to maintain data integrity.
2. Technical Documentation:
Maintain and update technical records, asset registers, and lifecycle documentation in line with company and contract-specific standards.
3. Support Lifecycle Planning:
Assist in the analysis of asset performance and lifecycle costs to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
4. Compliance Monitoring:
Support compliance with ISO and other relevant standards by ensuring asset data and documentation meet audit requirements.
5. Collaboration & Coordination:
Work with maintenance, operations, and compliance teams to ensure asset-related information is captured accurately and consistently.
6. Reporting & Insights:
Generate reports and dashboards to support the Asset and Lifecycle Manager in monitoring asset performance, risks, and opportunities.
7. System Support:
Assist in the configuration, use, and continuous improvement of asset management systems (e.g., CMMS, EAM).
What we are looking for
Our ideal candidate would be qualified to a high standard preferably in the Asset Management, Data Management or Engineering Fields. You should already be working in a related industry. We would like you to possess strong attention to detail, proficient in the use of Microsoft Products, good knowledge of CMMS/CAFM systems in particular Maximo. You should be a great organiser and able to work independently as well as part of our team. Experience supporting audits or compliance processes would be desirable as would an awareness of health, safety and environmental standards in asset-intensive environments.
