This role offers hands-on involvement in the tendering process, supporting cost assessments from first principles through to final submission, while developing strong technical and commercial skills within a supportive environment. The Role We are partnering with a leading building construction company who are seeking a Junior Estimator to support their experienced estimating team across a variety of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career in estimating, working on a wide range of projects. You will assist with measurements, pricing, subcontractor engagement, and tender preparation, while learning best practice from senior team members.
