Lead and develop a high‑performing team, manage day‑to‑day operations, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction. Drive membership growth and community engagement using facilities such as a 25‑metre swimming pool, gym, and fitness classes.

Qualifications
* Strong management experience in leisure, hospitality or related industries.
* Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and budgeting skills.
* DBS check acceptable.
* Right to work in the UK.
