Head of Customer Success – Crypto Payments
Are you a customer success leader with deep payments experience? Have you led teams focused on onboarding, upselling, and long-term client growth? Are you looking to work with a high growth fintech in a visible and hands-on role?
Then this may be for you:
We are currently partnering with a crypto payments platform to appoint their new Head of Customer Success.
This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the CRO. You will lead a growing team responsible for onboarding, customer success, and revenue expansion post-sale. The focus is on building long-term, high-value relationships with clients, managing KPIs, resolving compliance delays, and driving additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
The team currently includes three Customer Success Managers and one Onboarding Manager, with scope to expand as client volume grows. Your leadership will be pivotal in optimising workflows, setting strategy, and remaining closely involved in operational execution.

* What we are looking for:
* Strong experience in customer success within the payments industry, ideally with crypto or transaction-based models.
* Confidence managing onboarding workflows, customer escalations, and reporting at executive level.
* Experience leading teams in a B2B fintech or payments environment, ideally with structured client tiering (silver, gold, platinum).
* Commercial acumen – able to spot upsell opportunities, manage pricing discussions, and contribute to revenue goals.
