We employ over 250 staff and have a manufacturing base in Frimley, Surrey which spans over 5 plus units. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Team Leader to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing people, procedures, and processes within the department, driving the team to meet and exceed business targets. This position requires a seasoned professional who can confidently lead a shift of around 30 individuals, including production operators and pickers.
