Marathon is seeking a Senior Vice President to join our expanding Institutional Client Solutions team to drive capital formation of Institutional Investors and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities
* Lead capital formation and business development efforts targeting Institutional Investors, working with existing and prospective LPs, and collaborating with investor relations, portfolio managers, and partners.
* Deep knowledge of Public and Private Credit markets, including Direct Lending, Asset-Based Lending, and Opportunistic Credit.
* Present Marathon’s investment strategies, fund offerings, and managed accounts to clients.
* Provide insights into market trends, competitive landscape, and Marathon’s differentiated approach.
* Coordinate with the marketing team on due diligence requests (DDQs, RFPs, RFIs).
* Work closely with senior investment professionals to showcase Marathon’s global credit capabilities.
* Maintain activity logs, client dialogues, and contact information in CRM to organize fundraising efforts.
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience with Institutional Investors (pension plans, sovereign funds, financial institutions, endowments, foundations).
* Extensive knowledge of public and private credit markets.
* Experience presenting to Investment Committees for capital raising.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Motivated to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
* On-site in London, with travel as needed.
