Pepsi Lipton is a joint venture between Unilever and PepsiCo to manufacture and sell iced tea branded products worldwide. Lipton Ice Tea is the global leader in Ready-to-Drink Ice Tea, with a $3 billion turnover.

ROLE PURPOSE
The Global Brand Manager, based in London, is part of the Global Marketing Team. This team defines long-term marketing strategies for the Lipton brand, sustainability initiatives, and Horizon 2/3 innovations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role reports to the Global Senior Marketing Manager and focuses on developing a compelling communications program internally and externally. It involves close collaboration with regional teams, advertising agencies, and cross-functional partners to create award-winning campaigns and brand experiences. Key deliverables include:
1. Leading internal and external communications, including large conferences.
2. Judging creative ideas and guiding agency partners to develop impactful campaigns.
3. Collaborating with regions and markets for flawless execution.
4. Applying strategic insights to content development.
5. Managing multiple communication projects, budgets, and ensuring high ROI.
6. Driving marketing capability development within the JV.
7. Enhancing awards submissions and internal marketing recognition.
