Operational Resilience at Sky is more than just Business Continuity. We’re a source of expert advice and support for the organisation. Working closely with senior internal and external stakeholders, we provide analysis, insight and solutions that help to keep people, assets and sites safe and operational across the Sky family.
What you'll do:
* Work closely with the Operational Resilience Manager to ensure a best-in-class operational resilience function.
* Lead and own end-to-end business resilience projects
* Provide guidance and support to other team members.
* Test and improve resilience capabilities through the design and delivery of exercises, stress-tests, reverse stress-tests etc.
* Help ensure we are audit ready through developing, maintaining and socialising key documentation related to resilience policies and procedures.
* Liaise with Market resilience leads, ensuring good working relationships, clear and firm governance, support, guidance and collaboration on resilience across the Group.
* Collaborate with other teams within Group Resilience to contribute towards continuous improvement across the function.
* Be part of the on-call rota for responding to serious incidents and emergencies.
* Liaise with a wide network of Stakeholders, ensuring that they are provided with relevant, timely and accurate information which informs and directs business decisions.
What you'll bring:
* You have an excellent understanding of how resilience enables an organisation and can demonstrate the value it adds.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface at all levels; confident, capable and credible in front of senior stakeholders.
* Strong problem solver, able to analyse and understand issues, problems or challenges and develop solutions to them.
* Has the proven ability to think outside of the box, challenge industry norms and adapt quickly to evolving requirements.
* Is self-aware, anticipates problems, adapts and meets them head on.
* Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, influencing, facilitating, and presenting skills at every level of business.
