The Senior Manager, PPC/Biddable will manage Paid Search for our new in-house PPC Team within your dedicated region (Central Eastern Europe, Iberia or Northern Europe).
You will collaborate closely with the wider search team, regional marketing teams & media partners to drive exceptional results across Paid Search, PMAX, UAC and Apple Search Ads.
This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on campaign optimisation and data-driven analysis to boost performance through testing, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Paid Search Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the Paid Search strategy across CEE, Iberia or Northern Europe delivering campaigns reflecting regional market nuances which align with broader marketing goals.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with our regional marketing teams and key media partners (Google, Bing, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
* Campaign Management & Optimisation: Manage and optimise day-to-day campaigns, supporting both new and ongoing titles.
* Testing: Lead A/B testing across bidding, creatives, and platforms to improve subscriber acquisition KPIs (CVR, CPA, etc.).
* Cross-Channel Data Analysis: Use outputs from multi-touch attribution (MTA) to supplement in-platform data optimisations and inform testing and budget distribution.
* Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present weekly performance updates, offering clear, concise summaries of key metrics and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Paid Search experience: Proven track record in Paid Search, including hands-on experience within streaming/TV or a media agency and managing multi-market campaigns.
* Experience across different campaign types: Able to manage campaigns across Search, UAC, Apple Search Ads (ASA), Performance Max and Demand Gen.
* Expertise in Paid Search tools and best practices: Deep understanding of Paid Search strategies, trends, and bid management platforms (e.g. Search Ads 360, Skai).
* Passion for digital marketing and entertainment: Strong interest in the digital marketing landscape, particularly within the entertainment industry.
* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset: Ability to analyse data and deliver actionable insights, with a keen eye for detail and focus on campaign optimisation.
* Effective communicator with commercial acumen: Clear communication skills, capable of translating data into prioritised actionable insights based on business objectives
* Language skills required: Fluency in English AND either of the following is required; Danish, Dutch, Hungarian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish. Additional European language capabilities are a plus.
