Our Client seeks a Qualified Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. The Management Accountants reports into the Head of Finance and would oversee accounting procedures and prepare forecasts and budgets. Bridging the gap between accounting and business leadership, providing the internal financial insights necessary for strategic decision-making
Duties of the Management Accountant include:
* Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and variance analysis to highlight trends.
* Cost reporting process and cost analysis.
* Conducting monthly reviews of management accounts
* Business modelling
* Drive financial reporting and presentation.
* Oversee accounting procedure and preparing forecasts, budgets, and analysis.
* Provide financial advice to internal stakeholders and senior management on the implications of business decisions, such as market expansion or new product launches.
* Develop and maintain financial systems, policies, and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Ad-hoc projects
