Your contribution to our company
* Providing comprehensive administrative and documentation control services throughout the construction process, from initial engagement to project delivery and handover.
* Maintaining accurate records of all drawings and documents issued by suppliers and internal departments to and from the client.
* Collaborating with the Design Manager to produce, revise, and update the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) or Document Tracker, including delivery durations and deadlines aligned with the accepted program.
* Controlling documentation by printing, reviewing, and distributing electronically via the client’s document management system (PIMS).
* Maintaining registers for Strabag and client-distributed documents within a controlled Document Control Centre (DCC) environment.
* Liaising with project disciplines to ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation to the client and suppliers.
* Managing the submission process to meet all project-specific requirements.
* Raising transmittal sheets, updating registers with each submission, and filing documents appropriately in the project’s electronic filing system.
* Ensuring returned documents from the client with comments are addressed and resubmitted promptly.
