Do you have outstanding telephony and customer service skills? We have a fantastic opportunity within our dedicated Adviser Support team, to keep managing service level agreements during increased business volumes and demand.Our Adviser support team offer telephony support and guidance to our Financial Advisers during the process of assisting homeowners with their later life lending. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to business customers and liaising with the appropriate operations areas to resolve adviser queries. The team also helps the telephone account managers in managing active enquiries or KFI's allowing them to focus on outbound sales calls.
