Bid Manager
Randstad, the world’s #1 recruitment company, is looking for a Bid Manager to join their bids and sales team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to write and manage high-value, strategic recruitment bids across all sector‑specific UK business lines, with a focus on MSP, RPO, SOW, Framework agreements and sole supply tenders.
Responsibilities
* Leading bid responses based on best practice.
* Working on MSP, RPO, SOW, Framework agreements and sole supply tenders.
* Managing the end‑to‑end bid process in response to procurement activities conducted by new or existing clients.
* Writing, editing, and proofreading to create high‑quality bid/tender responses.
* Designing compelling client‑facing presentations and marketing material.
* Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to draw on their subject‑matter expertise.
* Supporting content capture, management, and improvement processes to continuously improve win potential.
Key Skills and Experience
* Ideally experience in the recruitment industry or within bid management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
* A flexible approach and an ability to prioritise tasks as required.
* Word processing and presentation design skills using Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
