Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy and fast-paced production environment in Banbury. This is a temporary role, offering full-time hours and the opportunity to develop your skills within a busy manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating machinery in line with training and safety procedures.
* Assisting with general production and manufacturing tasks.
* Loading and unloading materials.
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
* Supporting other departments as required.
Requirements
* Previous experience within a production, or manufacturing environment preferred.
* Machine operating experience is advantageous.
* FLT (Forklift Truck) experience or licence is beneficial.
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotational shifts.
* Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
