Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing team within an automotive environment.
* Drive business performance and maintain excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and other regulatory requirements.
* Manage high sales turnover and KPI achievement; provide in-the-moment coaching and training.
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; maintain good time management.
Responsibilities (Additional)
* Oversee operations to meet company targets and standards.

Skills and Experience
* Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
* Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
* Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development with in-the-moment training
* Experience meeting Health and Safety compliance standards
* Experience with high sales turnover and managing KPIs
* Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
* IT proficiency with willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management
* A current valid driving licence
