Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements:
* Strong IT management experience

* Knowledge of firewalls and domain planning
* Familiarity with VMWare, networking, ERP, time and attendance systems, payroll systems, and CRM systems

* Strong adaptable communication skills to work across a business and instigate change and modernisation
Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless support for business functions on a day-to-day basis
* Oversee server management, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux server environments, including virtual setups
* Implement robust information security protocols, including network security measures such as firewalls and VPNs
* Develop and implement IT policies aligned with ITIL standards to optimise service delivery and operational efficiency
* Analyse system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and prepare reports for senior management
* Work proactively to minimise downtime and data loss during unforeseen events
* Modernise legacy systems
* Manage the migration of various apps and systems from IBM/HCL to Office 365 over the next 12-24 months, including selecting and installing a new CRM system
* Effectively manage resources and a small teams time
* Collaborate closely with all departments to understand needs and minimise impact on the rest of the business
