Auger are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to join our Digital Operations Team in Wallasey. This individual will sit at the heart of our development function, coordinating the day-to-day output of our development team and ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality digital solutions that support our people, clients and customers across the UK. The Role Coordinate the day-to-day technical organisation of specific software development projects and tasks Support the delivery of the prioritised backlog across projects, technical debt, and small bug fixes / enhancements Ensure developers are fully utilised and working without blockers on the relevant projects and tasks as per the requirements set by the Digital Delivery Supervisor Provide timely, accurate delivery status updates to the Digital Delivery Supervisor and Head of Digital Operations Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating priorities into actionable development tasks and overseeing user acceptance testing Engage with developers at a technical level and be able to challenge estimates and assess scope and complexity What skills are we looking for?
