Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader Location: Burton-Upon-Trent Salary: Circa Up to £38,500 inclusive of sleeps ⏰ Working Hours: Full-time Service: Children’s Home Service Users: Young People who have suffered early life trauma, neglect, or abuse and may display challenging behaviours Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years Employment Type: Permanent The Home: Location: Burton-Upon-Trent Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Neglect Who we are looking for… We are seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Residential Support Worker who is passionate about supporting children and young people.
