TECHNICAL / PROJECT PRINCIPAL – BUILDINGS HEALTHCARE – MEP HEALTHCARE

We are involved in shaping global net zero carbon policy and facility provision, developing services to meet future built environment needs. Your role will support the Buildings Health division sector technical team in expanding healthcare work across the UK and Europe.
We seek a candidate who can provide healthcare sector business development and technical delivery leadership, supporting built environment healthcare projects. Responsibilities include bid activity, client relationship building, thought leadership on site decarbonisation, system adaptation/replacement, MMC/DfMA design solutions, structural adaptation, and delivering high-quality technical advisory services independently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of assigned healthcare sector projects.
* Support and mentor project delivery teams.
* Collaborate with engineering disciplines during bidding and delivery.
* Engage with clients on technical matters.
* Support senior managers on commercial and contractual aspects.
The role involves managing a range of projects, providing technical advisory services with a focus on MEP engineering, and possibly overseeing multiple projects and teams. The key elements include:
* Managing delivery of technical advisory projects.
* Collaborating with engineering disciplines, primarily in the health sector.
* Managing stakeholders and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Using industry software (e.g., IES, Revit, ADB Codebook, Drofus).
* Developing project schedules and monitoring deliverables.
* Maximizing project profitability and addressing potential issues.
* Providing technical expertise and mentoring team members.
Candidates should be experienced professionals with the ability to make sound decisions across their discipline, demonstrating:
