Area Support Manager – UK Wide
Salary: £40,000 per annum + Company Car or Allowance
Key Responsibilities
* Manage compliance including HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and Profit Protection
* Lead menu planning, financial management, and marketing initiatives
* Oversee systems implementation and monitor customer feedback
* Support event coordination and client engagement activities
* Deliver training and development programs across sites
* Travel extensively to support multi‑site operations
What We’re Looking For
* Proven multi‑site management experience within contract catering
* Strong understanding of compliance and financial controls
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
* Willingness to travel regularly across the UK
* Ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional service
