JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This role supports the delivery of pilot studies for our team’s wound care application. The position involves hands on coordination, data handling, and direct engagement with study partners and participants to ensure smooth and successful study execution.

Responsibilities
• Prepare study materials, documentation, and logistics for pilot deployments
• Coordinate with study partners, clinical teams, and participants throughout the study lifecycle
• Support participant onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing communication
• Collect, organize, and maintain study data with accuracy and confidentiality
• Monitor study progress and flag issues or risks to the project team
• Assist with basic analysis and reporting of study findings
Key Requirements
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfort working with digital tools, mobile apps, large language models, and data entry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a research environment
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or digital health (preferred but not essential)
• A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn
Compensation:
Hourly rate is $21.00 per hour. This is a hybrid 20 hours per week position.
