This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a unique educational setting, supporting vulnerable and disengaged students. You’ll take a leading role in the strategic development of the Maths curriculum while also supporting whole-school improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead on the development and delivery of a high-quality Maths curriculum • Support teaching staff with planning, differentiation, and behaviour management • Drive improvement in Maths outcomes across the school • Contribute to whole-school leadership decisions and strategic planning • Line-manage staff and support professional development • Work closely with families, external agencies, and pastoral staff to support pupils’ holistic development Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) • Experience teaching Maths in a secondary or AP setting • Strong understanding of the challenges faced in alternative provision • Proven leadership skills and a proactive, solution-focused attitude • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
