🎯 What You’ll Own
•Token Strategy & Launch: Lead end-to-end development of our MST token. tokenomics as well as define added value mechanics.
•Platform Development: Drive product roadmap for our De Fi & tokenization platform serving both retail and institutional investors
•User Experience: Design seamless onboarding for Web3 users transitioning to regulated investment products
•Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliant utility-to-security token architecture

•Define tokenomics, staking mechanisms, and deflationary burn strategies
•Manage cross-functional teams through agile development cycles
•Partner with exchanges for Tier 2 listings and institutional custody providers
•Drive user research and market analysis in the rapidly evolving RWA space
•Lead go-to-market strategy for both token phases (utility → security)
🔧 What We Need
•5+ years Product Owner experience with 2+ years in DeFi/tokenization
•Deep understanding of utility tokens, security tokens, and regulatory frameworks
•Experience with token launches, smart contract development, and exchange listings
•Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making approach
•Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business teams
