As a member of the Independent Living Support team within the Place Directorate, you will support the achievement of these key priorities, making a real difference to the lives of people in Shropshire to live their best life.
Our function is concerned with promoting independence for people in their own homes and their local community within Shropshire. This will be carried out through assessment, partnerships and collaborative working with health, housing, the private and independent sectors.
