The Opportunity We are V12 Footwear, a UK-based safety footwear brand renowned for our innovation in comfort, safety and durability. We are looking for a proactive and commercially aware National Account Manager to work alongside our Strategic Account Director in shaping the success of some of our largest distribution partners. Your Role As National Account Manager, you will support our Strategic Account Director in managing and developing key strategic accounts. Your focus will be to build strong and productive relationships, support distributor sales team engagement, and deliver product training to deliver tangible pull-through. This role sits at the heart of our sales organisation and directly influences how major distributors position our brand to their customer base. You will collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure every opportunity generated at national level is activated effectively across all regions. Key Responsibilities Building strong relationships with key influencers within national accounts Acting as a primary point-of-contact for national accounts Developing strategic plans for national accounts Supporting joint business plans Equip distributor sales teams to confidently position our solutions and identify opportunities, including running workshops, lunch-and-learn sessions, and delivering product training. Supporting rollout of promotional campaigns, new product introductions and strategic initiatives. Collecting and sharing field insights to support ongoing commercial strategy.
