Property Litigation Associate Solicitor - Up to £80,000 salary
A specialist Property Litigation team within a leading national full-service commercial law firm is seeking to appoint an additional Associate Solicitor. The team advises a diverse client base across both public and private sectors, including health, education, government, and corporate clients. Known for its collaborative culture and investment in professional development, the firm offers a dynamic environment where lawyers can thrive.
The role involves managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, rights of way, restrictive covenants, and development issues. You will handle all forms of dispute resolution—from negotiation and mediation to arbitration and litigation. This position also includes opportunities to support related teams, contribute to business development, and mentor junior colleagues.
The Candidate
* Property Litigation Solicitor with 1+ years' post-qualification experience or equivalent
* Experience and interest in arbitration
* Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
