Data Analyst - Tenant Services
Reporting to: Head of Referencing
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne (Hybrid working 2 days per week in the office)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting operational planning and resource forecasting across all of Rental Services.
* Driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives to enhance service delivery across all areas.
* Analysing performance data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Monitoring KPIs and generating insights through effective data management.
* Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimise business operations.
* Managing projects from start to finish, working across the operation with key stakeholders.
* Aligning operational improvements with Rightmove’s strategy and objectives.
* Ensuring business, consumer and customer needs are prioritized in decision making.
Who You Are
* A commercially minded analyst who identifies opportunities to improve revenue and performance, with accountability for end‑to‑end delivery.
* Highly proficient in Excel and data analysis.
* Demonstrates advanced proficiency in SQL.
* A strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
* A confident project manager, seeing through change and transformation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Confident in facilitating discussions and driving consensus within teams.
* Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to identifying efficiencies.
* Charismatic leadership, confident in managing projects and seeing through change and transformation.
