Role and responsibilities
As part of the kitchen team, you will:
* Prepare, cook and present food to the correct specification
* Operate kitchen work stations, including grills, fryers, microwaves and more
* Work as a team to meet time and quality targets
* Follow food hygiene, allergen, health and safety standards
* Clean as you go and perform full kitchen clean-downs
* Rotate stock and store food safely
* Complete required induction, role-specific and ongoing refresher training, contributing to continuous improvement
