Main responsibilities will include:
1. Identifying and onboarding key health, beauty, grocery, or fragrance retail account partners, with a focus on volume and high street markets.
2. Managing retail partnerships from initial outreach to successful product launch with existing and new Retailers / Brands
3. Collaborating with third-party product development teams, marketing, finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
4. Supporting daily operations related to new collection launches.
5. Working closely with customers and internal teams to develop innovative products that meet market trends, quality, and margin targets.
