Role Overview
This is a full‑time apprentice programme with an anticipated start date of January 2026. Over 18 months you will receive industry‑leading training, achieve the Cert CII and Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualifications, and ultimately become a Client Advisor.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent client service and account management across a dedicated portfolio.
* Generate new quotes, manage renewals, invoicing, and upsell/cross‑sell additional insurance products.
* Use broking systems and communicate with clients via telephone and email on a day‑to‑day basis.
* Handle client queries promptly and maintain high service standards.
* Develop relationships with insurer partners and stay up‑to‑date on new product developments.
* Assist colleague support and complete business‑critical tasks when required.
Qualifications
* Previous client/customer‑facing experience (e.g. retail, hospitality, food & beverage).
* Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
* Right to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland – no visa sponsorship.
* Minimum of five GCSEs at Grades 9–4, including English & Maths.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and work independently.
