Lead Administrator / Service Coordinator (Electrical & Fire Services) – Up to £35,000 DOE – Dartford area OfficeLocation: Dartford, KentSalary: Up to £35,000+ (Depending on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)Benefits: 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays), Nest pension, company laptop and phone, career development opportunitiesOur client, a well-established FM services provider based in Kent/South East London, is seeking an organised and proactive Lead Administrator / Service Coordinator to support their busy Electrical and Fire Services division. Working closely with the Contracts Manager and QS Lead Engineer, this is a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple contracts.Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate engineer diaries, service schedules, and customer appointments * Support the delivery of both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Prepare and maintain compliance documentation (e.g., EICRs, Fire Alarm Certificates) * Liaise with clients, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure service levels and contract obligations are met * Participate in contract-related meetings with clients and the engineering team * Assist in improving and streamlining admin processes within the division * Maintain accurate records using CAFM/industry software and Office applications * Provide occasional support for emergency/out-of-hours coordination if requiredWhat Our Client Is Looking For: * Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience, ideally in FM, engineering, or construction * Prior experience in fire safety or electrical services (highly desirable) * NVQ Level 2/3 in Business Administration (desirable) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) * Experience using CAFM or industry-specific systems (Joblogic, Clik, etc.) * Strong understanding of service coordination, compliance documents, and contract workflows * Confident communicator with excellent organisation and multitasking skills * Experience leading or mentoring junior administrators (a plus) * A proactive mindset with a commitment to high service standardsWhat’s On Offer: * Salary up to £35,000, depending on experience * 24 days holiday + bank holidays * Nest pension scheme * Laptop and mobile phone provided * Supportive, close-knit team environment * Career progression opportunities within a growing business * Immediate start availableHow to Apply:Ready to step into a key coordination role with a respected FM provider?
