Job Description • Provide high-quality 1:1 support to a pupil with specific SEN needs • Assist with classroom activities, behaviour regulation, and personal development • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies • Track progress and relay updates to staff and parents Ideal Candidate • Experience supporting children with SEN such as Autism, ADHD, or Speech & Language needs • Patient, nurturing, and able to build positive relationships • Adaptable, proactive, and confident supporting learning in different contexts • Level 2/3 TA qualification (or equivalent) Transport Links The setting is well-connected via local bus routes.
