We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and friendly client based near Heathrow for an experiencedCargo Customer Service Executiveto join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in cargo operations, reservations, customer service, and logistics to play a key role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the complete end-to-end booking process for cargo shipments
2. Dealing with cargo reservations and bookings
3. Liaise effectively with UK freight forwarders, overseas offices, and airline partners
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in both internal and airline systems
5. Oversee and manage pre-bookings, ensuring capacity is optimised
6. Act as the main point of contact for customer queries via phone and email
7. Monitor and manage space allocation and booking priorities
