Job Description
We are looking for a DMT Pathway Monitoring coordinator to join the Neuroscience Care group working under the Neurology Speciality.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that clinical information from patient records for Neurology patients is extracted and submitted in line with national deadlines, guidance and requirements.
* Work closely with Headache specialists within Neurology and liaise with clinical, nursing and therapy staff to resolve data queries and support data collection.
* Collect and record all significant patient data promptly and accurately on the required database in preparation for submission to national audit.
* Identify and apply inclusion criteria for the DMT pathway.
* Submit data to the specialist database and support other colleagues within the wider Neurology team to maintain efficiency and compliance in the collection and submission of eligible patient data.
