Our client is looking to recruit experienced Occupational Therapists to join their Adult Social Care Complex Occupational Therapy Service.This is a pivotal role where you will manage a complex caseload of adults with multiple pathologies, including psychological, neurological, emotional, behavioural, and age-related conditions.

You will also provide direct line supervision to a diverse team of qualified and unqualified staff, including Independent Living Assessors, Occupational Therapy Assistants, Sensory Officers, and Advanced Practitioner Independent Living Assessors.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions that promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing, while ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks such as the Care Act 2014, Disability Discrimination Act 1995, and other relevant legislation.
5:15 PM Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on FridaysHybrid

- 13/02/2026 (Temporary Contract, will be reviewed after February) Pay Rate: £36/hr umbrella (no limited companies) Your new roleAssess and advise residents on all aspects of daily living, including complex home adaptations and specialist equipment.Undertake carers' assessments, capacity assessments, and liaise with safeguarding teams where appropriate.Maintain accurate records, statistics, and contribute to departmental policy development.Support the ongoing development of the OT team and contribute to service improvement projects.
