But don’t worry, most routes are approximately 3 drops per shift. You’ll be working a minimum of 48 hours (plus overtime) per week on the Monday to Friday Night shift, starts at approx 3am. What you’ll do on a typical night: Delivering to retail stores Safely operate your vehicle adhering to XPO standards Key holder deliveries What you need to succeed at XPO: We’ll need you to have a full UK driving licence (with C entitlement), Customer focused You’ll have no more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements.
